www.nepay.link is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking of any kind. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply to you.

What the nepay platform stores

When a merchant uses nepay to collect a payment, the platform stores the minimum needed to issue and reconcile that payment:

• the customer's name and email address,
• the order reference, amount, and currency,
• a record of each payment attempt and its verified outcome.

This data is processed on behalf of the merchant whose store the order was placed on, so that the payment can be requested, confirmed, and recorded against the right order.

What nepay never touches

Card details are never received, processed, transmitted, or stored by nepay. Customers enter card details only on the payment provider's own secure hosted page, operated by a regulated payment institution.

Where data lives

All platform data resides in the European Union, in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Merchant credentials are held in encrypted secret storage, isolated per merchant.

Retention

Order and payment records form the payment audit trail and are retained accordingly. Application logs are retained for three months.
